• How do I know a part fits my car?

  The catalogue is organised by chassis - pick your model (e.g. BMW F30/F31) and you only see parts made for it. Every product page also lists the exact chassis and years under "Fitment".

• When does my order ship?

  Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day.

• Which courier do you use and what does it cost?

  We ship with Econt or Speedy - to an office or your address. The price is the real courier rate, calculated at checkout; orders over €99 ship free.

• How can I pay?

  Cash on delivery, by card online, or by bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders ship once the payment arrives.

• Can I return a product?

  Yes - you have 14 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition. If we shipped the wrong item, return costs are on us.

• Are the parts hard to install?

  Most parts are made for direct fitment in place of (or on top of) the original part. The exact method is described on each product page.
